Software used in SolarKAT

Thanks to the unifying scheme made available by `Stimela <https://github.com/caracal-pipeline/stimela>`_SolarKAT executes tasks using different data reduction software packages. The software packages used by S0larKAT include:

• WSClean: Used for imaging and model prediction

• QuartiCal: For self-calibration (2GC) and peeling.

• Breizorro: To generate FITS masks

• CASA: To split Measurement Sets and manage the flags (save and restore).
